Service Description

A great package for those wanting professional assistance to help plan a portion of their event! Organization & Guidance -Complimentary consultation -Unlimited hours of consultation via phone, email, meetings, and video chat -6 virtual/in-person consultations -Starting at 25 hours for production time/assembly -Creation and management of your personalized décor checklist -Creation and management of your personalized online design platform -Vendor Referrals -Etiquette Advice Vendor Selection After our initial consultation, we will research and compile a list of trusted vendors whom we believe will achieve your dream wedding within your allotted budget. We will negotiate with these vendors to get you the best deals, saving you time and money. We will attend meetings, and manage décor communication with these vendors as appropriate. -Ceremony Venue - specific décor elements -Reception Venue - specific décor elements -Caterer(for table setup) -Stationery Designer -Rental Company referrals -Photo Booth Rental Décor & Finer Details We will assist you in fine tuning the overall aesthetic for your wedding weekend(as needed), from the rehearsal dinner décor, to your big day décor. We want to turn your vision into a reality! -Consult on selected color scheme -Consult and assist with décor ideas -Consult and assist with choosing floral arrangements, linens, and rental items -Assist with setting up the floor plan and design layout based on what works best in the venue Finalization of Details We are here for you and do not want to leave any loose strings. -Finalize and distribute “The Big Day” décor timeline for appropriate event parties -Finalize and distribute “The Big Day” décor timeline to all vendors as appropriate Wedding Day Décor Coordination -Act as the “go-to” for any décor related questions -Greet and assist all vendors with their proper setup instructions for the ceremony site as well as the reception site -Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc. -Move any ceremony décor to reception space -Lite all candles and ensure all last-minute touches are completed - At the end of the evening collect personal photographs, other décor items and deliver them to the appropriate person * 30% non-refundable deposit at signing of contract with balance due 15 days before day of event.
